Der Hauptmietvertrag muss mit übernommen werden und zwangsweise auch die Kaution bei Einzug gezahlt werden.
Die Zimmer haben ca. 15qm und sind gut geschnitten. Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder (einmal klein mit Dusche und einmal mit Duschwanne) ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine große Küche und eine große Terrasse/Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Rebstockbad und -park. Die Straßenbahn 17, Bus 34 und 50 sind zwei Gehminuten entfernt und in der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Ich bin ab 15.11 alleine in der WG und möchte diese auch irgendwann verlassen. Es würde mich aber freuen, die Wohnung, die mir inzwischen echt am Herzen liegt, jemand anderem zu überlassen. Hauptsächlich weil ich den Preis( bei 3 Personen) unschlagbar gut finde, für das was einem geboten wird. Lass uns dann gerne näher über alles andere sprechen.
