Demnächst wird 1 Zimmer in unserer WG frei! Das Zimmer ist hell, komfortabel und möbliert. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr gemütlich und in der Küche gibt es genügend Platz, um gemeinsam zu essen oder Freunde einzuladen so wie für eigene Essensvorräte (das Gefrierfach ist riesig). Unten gibt es auch einen Hof mit schönen Gartenmöbeln, perfekt zum Grillen im Sommer!
Zu dem Zimmer (ab dem 15. Januar 2021 verfügbar):
Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und dadurch sehr geräumig (ungefähr 16 m2) und wird vorzugsweise möbiliert weitervermietet. Die Möbel gehören zum aktuellen Mieter. Zur Ausstattung:

We are looking for one flatmate for our wonderful flat in the Grempstraße.
The room is going to be available very soon. It is bright, comfortable and furnished. The flat itself is very cosy and there is enough space in the kitchen to eat together or invite friends over, as well as for your own food supplies (the freezer is huge!). There is also a courtyard with nice garden furniture, perfect for barbecues during the summer!
About the room (available starting from the 15th of January 2021)
The room is quadrically cut and quite spacious (more or less 16 m2) and candidates willing to take over the furniture are going to be preferred.
The furniture belongs to the current tenant. It includes:

Die Lage ist einfach super! Direkt in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Leipziger Straße ist alles da, was man braucht. Penny, Lidl, Aldi, Alnatura und Rewe sind alle 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt und es fehlt sicherlich nicht an internationalen Restaurants und netten Cafés. Die U-Bahn Station Kirchplatz ist fast direkt vor der Haustür.

The location is just perfect! The building is at the end of the Leipziger Straße and there is everything one can possibly need. Penny, Lidl, Aldi, Alnatura, Rewe are just at 5 min. walking distance and there is plenty of delicious international restaurants and nice bars. The U-Bahn station Kirchplatz is almost in front of the entrance.

Das echte Highlight ist allerdings die Community. Im ganzen Haus wohnen nur junge (aber ruhige) Leute und es gibt ein cooles Gemeinschaftsgefühl. Im Sommer haben wir mehrmals alle zusammen gegrillt oder einen kleinen Aperitivo organisiert!
Zu deinen künftigen Mitbewohnern: Wir sind Mark (25, aus Konstanz) Student im Master Sozial- und Kulturanthropologie mit Iran-Schwerpunkt und im Master Geografie, Ken (21) Mitarbeiter in einem Jugendzentrum ebenso aus der Frankfurter Umgebumung und Asher (33) Engländer, der hier in Deutschland Landschaftsplanung studiert. Wir achten auf die Grenzen von anderen Leuten, legen Wert auf die Privatsphäre aller, aber wir freuen uns auch sehr, zusammen Zeit zu verbringen, entweder hier zuhause oder manchmal auch in die Stadt unterwegs.

The real highlight is the community. The rest of the flat is rent to young (although) quiet people and you can have a nice community feeling. In summer, we use to have a barbecue all together or to organize a small aperitivo.
More about your future flatmates: We are Mark (25, from Constance) MA student in cultural and social anthropology with a focus on Iran and in geography, Ken (21), employed in a youth centre, also from the Frankfurt area and Asher (33) originally from Great Britian and currently studying landscape design in Frankfurt. We pay attention to the limits of other people, value the privacy of everyone, but we enjoy also spending time together, either here at home or sometimes going out in the city.
