We offer a room in a terraced house.
It is in the attic with roof window and bevel.
The kitchen, living room and terrace are all shared. There is a second terrace in the garden that we share with our neighbours.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is also a cellar room in which there is also a washing machine.
The specified rental price is included for everything, i.e. electricity (which we refer from our own solar system on the roof) and additional costs are received.
With the intake date we are very flexible, so you can also move in a bit later.
Wir bieten ein Zimmer in einem Reihenhaus an.
Es ist im Dachgeschoss mit Dachfenster und Schräge.
Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und die Terrasse teilen sich alle. Es gibt noch eine zweite Terrasse im Garten, die wir uns mit den Nachbarn teilen.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Dazu gibt es noch einen Kellerraum, in dem auch eine Waschmaschine steht.
Der angegebene Mietpreis ist für alles inklusive, also Strom (den wir aus einer eigenen Solaranlage auf dem Dach beziehen) und Nebenkosten sind erhalten.
Mit dem Einzugsdatum sind wir sehr flexibel, ihr könnt also auch etwas später einziehen.
From the house you are at the main station or the Westend campus in about half an hour. Riedberg Campus is 15-20min. To subway station Bonames Mitte you run about 10min.
Otherwise the location is very quiet, you are surrounded by fields where you can walk beautifully. Right next door is a large football field and the old airfield is also nearby.
There is a penny close to around 7min running and a large rewe, 15 min away.
Vom Haus ist man in etwa einer halben Stunde an der Hauptwache oder dem Westend Campus. Den Riedberg Campus erreicht man in 15-20min. Zu U-Bahnstation Bonames Mitte läuft man etwa 10min.
Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr ruhig, man ist umgeben von Feldern, in denen man schön spazieren gehen kann. Direkt nebenan ist ein großer Fußballplatz und der Alte Flugplatz ist auch in der Nähe.
Es gibt einen Penny in etwa 7min Laufnähe und einen großen Rewe, 15 min entfernt.

We would like to have a WG where you can understand, cook together or meet a beer in the kitchen. Transparent communication and a half-way cleaning plan we find cool.
Of course, everyone can go back to his room, we have more than enough room for everyone :)

Wir wünschen uns eine WG, in der man sich versteht, gerne auch mal zusammen kocht oder sich auf ein Bier in der Küche trifft. Transparente Kommunikation und einen halbwegs funktionierenden Putzplan finden wir cool.
Natürlich kann sich auch jeder mal in sein Zimmer zurück ziehen, wir haben hier mehr als genug Platz für alle :)

I'm Lotte, 22 years old, and I'm studying social work at UAS. I like to make music and theatre or walk in the fields.
Jiin is 25, studying economics at Goethe University. She comes from South Korea and is the only one who uses our piano gradually.
Our latest roommate is Helen, 20 years old. She also studies social work at the UAS. She likes to make creative things and likes to read.

Ich bin Lotte, 22 Jahre alt, und studiere Soziale Arbeit an der UAS. Ich mach gern Musik und Theater oder gehe in den Feldern spazieren.
Jiin ist 25, studiert Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Goethe Uni. Sie kommt aus Süd Korea und ist die einzige, die unser Klavier hin und wieder benutzt.
Unsere neuste Mitbewohnerin ist Helen, 20 Jahre alt. Sie studiert auch Soziale Arbeit an der UAS. Sie macht gerne kreative Sachen und liest gerne.
