The location is very close to the Underground train-station (3-4 Minutes by foot). Supermarkets like Rewe, Penny, turkish market are also accessable by foot, aswell as the Deutsche Post a pharmacy and a docotor.
The line U2 takes about 20 minutes to Hauptwache station and 15 min to the Goethe Univesity. U9 includes stops like Riedberg, Ginnheim and Nodwestzentrum. This makes you very well connected to Frankfurt City. Additionally there are a lot of bus-lines including one that stops at Ikea.

Die Lage bietet eine U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Haustür (3-4 Minuten zu Fuß). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß in der Nähe erreichbar (Penny, Rewe, Supermarkt, Post) sowie Ärzte etc.
Mit der U2 ist man innerhalb 20min an der Hauptwache und mit der U9 erreicht man alles zwischen Riedberg und Ginnheim wie z.B. das Nordwestzentrum, und damit ist man sehr gut vernetzt in Frankfurt. Zusätzlich fahren hier auch einige Busse z.B. zum Ikea in der Nähe.

We are (including me, female 22) three room mates. The other two are currently finishing their education as tailors - so if you are interested in fashion or even cosplay you are very welcome. We love chatting and cooking for each other. We respect everyone's needs to peace and tidiness. Everyone gets respected in their personal space and we encourage a contructive togetherness.

This house hold two otherpartieswhich are also quite young but also relaxed. The landlord is also very helpful and communicative (we have a whatsapp group for smaller problems). He also lives next door.

Hier leben neben mir (w,22) noch zwei weitere nette Mitbewohnerinnen. Beide machen eine Ausbildung als Maßschneiderinnen im letzten Jahr an der Frankfurter Schule für Bekleidung und Mode, also wer sich für Mode oder Cosplay interessiert ist hier willkommen.
Hier wird gerne gequatscht und gekocht, aber hier wird auch Acht auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse auf Ruhe und Ordnung gegeben.
Jeder hat hier Platz sich zu entfalten und der WG etwas konstruktives beizutragen.

Im Haus leben noch zwei andere Parteien, die selbst noch junge Erwachsene sind. Also ist die Dynamik der Mieter sehr entspannt aber auch rücksichtsvoll.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilft bei Problemchen gerne weiter, denn er wohnt im Haus nebenan.

The room can also be rented on a short term (min. 2 months).

There is a washing mashine available to use in the cellar and a additional room for storage, which is quite spaceous.
We also have a balcony which is only accessable through one room but we use it to hang laundry during warmer seasons.
We also have a dishwasher, but sadly its defect and wont be repaired in the near future because it has to be paid by us and is just too expensive. So dish washing has to be done by hand.
The bathtub has no curtain (yet).

additional costs include water and heating, they may vary according to consumption and the political situation in germany regarding gas costs. On top of that there is a 40€ fee for internet

Zimmer ist auch zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung (mindestens 2. Monate).

Eine Waschmaschine gibt es im eigenen Kellerabteil, Wäsche kann man über den Zugang eines Zimmers auf dem Balkon aufhängen.
Wir haben zwar eine Spülmaschine, diese ist aber leider defekt.
Die Badewanne hat (noch) keinen Duschvorhang.

Nebenkosten enthalten Wasser und Wärme. Diese können nach Verbrauch und je nach politischen Regelungen variieren.
Die zusätzlichen Kosten (40€) sind Stromkosten.
