Hallo,
wir suchen für unser schönes vollmöbliertes Zimmer in unserer netten 2er WG eine*n Nachmieter*in.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmer, Küche, sonniges Bad und hat einen Keller.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert, Voraussetzung für die Nachmiete ist aber, dass du das Möbel (für 600 Euro) übernimmst. weil das Zimmer vom Vermieter ja unmöbliert vermietet wird.
Die Lage ist optimal für Studenten und Berufstätigen. Die nächste U-Bahnstation U2 und U9 (Bonames Mitte) ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die nächste S-Bahn S6 Frankfurter Berg ist mit dem Bus 6 min erreichbar.
Mit der U2 ist der Uni-Campus Westend in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen, der Uni-Campus Riedberg via U9 innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten. Auch Bad Homburg kann schnell per U2 erreicht werden.
Natürlich gibt es in der Nähe Rewe (5 min zu Fuß), Penny und Netto.
Bonames ist von Natur umgeben. In der Nähe sind viele Felder, Nordpark, Alter Flugplatz und und der Fluss Nidda. Die bieten eine Möglichkeit für Jogging oder einfach die Natur genießen.
Die WG ist entspannt und ruhig. Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Studentin und verbringt viele Zeit in der Bibliothek. Sie ist sehr aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, kommunikativ und kocht gerne. Eine Wohlfühl-WG, wo man auch mal miteinander kocht oder etwas unternimmt.
Ich bitte bei Anfragen um Angabe von:
1. Alter / Geschlecht, falls nicht ersichtlich
2. Geplantes Datum für den Einzug
3. Falls kein Student: zumindest Tätigkeitsfeld
