Unsere 3er-WG hat 92 qm mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, einem Bad (mit Badewanne) sowie einem weiteren WC. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr hell und liegt direkt an der Berger Straße nähe der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Höhenstraße. Jeder der Räume sowie beide Bäder haben mindestens ein Fenster.
Dein Zimmer: ca 20 qm, Gesamtkosten: ca 690€ pro Monat, frei ab 01.10., evtl. auch schon eher.
Die Gesamtmiete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten sowie Internet.
Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster mit Blick auf die Berger Straße. Bei Wunsch können die Möbel übernommen werden.
Unser Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet mit breiter Couch, TV, Esstisch + Stühlen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und allem nötigen Küchenzubehör.
Bisher wurde die Wohnung alle zwei Wochen von einer Putzkraft gereinigt. Wir können gerne besprechen, ob wir das weiterhin so beibehalten wollen (Kosten: €15 pro Person alle zwei Wochen).

Our 3-person shared apartment has 92 sqm with three bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom (with bathtub) and another toilet. The entire apartment is very bright and is located directly on Berger Straße near the Höhenstraße subway stop. Each of the bedrooms as well as both bathrooms have at least one window.
Your room: ca 20sqm, total costs: €690 per month, free as of 01.10., maybe earlier.
The total rent includes all utilities and internet.
The room a window overlooking Berger Street, thw furnitures could remain in the room if you are interested.
Our living room with kitchen is also well equipped with wide couch, TV, dining table + chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and all necessary kitchen accessories.
So far, the apartment has been cleaned every two weeks by a very nice cleaning lade. We can discuss whether we want to continue this (cost: €15 per person every two weeks).
Die Lage der WG ist perfekt: direkt an der Berger Straße in Bornheim/Nordend.Ost, mit der U-Bahn Station Höhenstraße direkt vor der Haustür.
Mit der U4 sind es nur 2 Stationen zur Innenstadt (Konstabler Wache), zum Willy-Brandt-Platz sind es 4 Stationen.
Die Berger Straße bietet wirklich alles was man braucht: mehrere Supermärkte (Rewe, Penny, Aldi, denn's, usw.), Drogerien und zwei Fitnessstudios sind nur 2-3 Gehminuten von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Außerdem gibt es auf der Berger Straße unzählige Restaurants, Cafés und Bars.

The location is perfect: directly on Berger Straße in Bornheim/Nordend Ost, with the subway station Höhenstraße right in front of the door.
With U4 metro line, it is only 2 stops to the city center (Konstabler Wache), to Willy-Brandt-Platz it is 4 stops.
Berger Straße really offers everything you need: several supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Aldi, denn's, etc.), drugstores and two gyms are only 2-3 minutes walk from our apartment. In addition, there are countless restaurants, cafes and bars on Berger Street.
Im Idealfall bist du Mitte/Ende 20 und so wie wir am Anfang deines Berufslebens.
Wir arbeiten unter der Woche meist relativ lang, sodass sich das WG-Leben bisher eher am Wochenende abgespielt hat. An den Wochenenden waren wir immer gerne in und außerhalb von Frankfurt unterwegs, sind in Bars oder Restaurants gegangen, aber wir kochen auch hin und wieder zusammen in der WG.
Perfekt insbesondere für junge Berufstätige oder duale Studenten, die einen ähnlichen Alltag wie wir haben :)

Ideally you are in your mid/late 20s and like us at the beginning of your professional life.
We usually work relatively long hours during the week, so the flat life has tended to take place on the weekends so far. On the weekends we always liked to be out and about in and outside Frankfurt, going to bars or restaurants, but we also cook together in the flat every now and then.
Perfect especially for young professionals or dual students who have a similar everyday life as us :)
