For July-September I'm looking for a sub-rent*in for my very comfortable, fully furnished room in our 2nd WG in super apartment (first floor) in the best location in Bornheim directly above a cutem café. The room is about 16 sqm and costs 500 euros per month. It is equipped with sideboard, pallet bed, desk and a spacious wardrobe + direct access to the larger and sunny of our two balconies :)
In addition to the fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), which also comes to the large balcony with high bed, as well as hallway and bathroom with shower tub, there is a mini living room directly adjacent to the kitchen with original and functional gamecube and a switch.
Für Juli-September suche ich ein*e Untermieter*in für mein sehr bequemes, voll möbliertes Zimmer in unserer 2-er WG in super Wohnung (erster Stock) in bester Lage in Bornheim direkt über einem cutem Café. Das Zimmer ist knapp 16 qm² groß und kostet warm 500 Euro pro Monat. Es ist ausgestattet mit Sideboard, Palettenbett, Schreibtisch und einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank + direktem Zugang zum größeren und sonnigeren unserer zwei Balkone :)
Neben der voll ausgestatteten Küche (inklusive Geschirrspüler), durch welche man ebenfalls zum großen Balkon mit Hochbeet kommt, sowie Flur und Badezimmer mit Duschwanne gibt es ein direkt an die Küche angrenzendes Mini-Wohnzimmer mit Original und funktionsfähigem Gamecube und einer Switch.
The apartment is on the first floor directly between Hochstraße / Freiligrathstraße / Bornheim Mitte, so super tied and in the immediate vicinity to Berger Straße and thus in the most beautiful district of Frankfurt!
Traffic calmed and green, but at the same time within a few minutes by train in the city center / university / Hbf.
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock direkt zwischen Höhenstraße / Freiligrathstraße / Bornheim Mitte, also super angebunden und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Berger Straße und damit im schönsten Stadtteil Frankfurts!
Verkehrsberuhigt und grün, aber gleichzeitig innerhalb weniger Minuten mit der Bahn in der Stadtmitte / Uni / Hbf.
Highlight is my roommate, with which you can live super uncomplicated and cool. It could suit you if you:
- Know how a household and cleaning works,
- Politically not in the right, anti-feminist or anti-German (if you don't know what anti-German is: the better) spectrum move,
- It creates some very easy-care plants to keep alive
- Either pay a small deposit (400 euros) or have a household insurance - nonsense!
Highlight ist mein Mitbewohner, mit dem sich super unkompliziert und cool zusammenleben lässt. Es könnte mit dir passen, wenn du:
- Weißt, wie ein Haushalt und Putzen funktioniert,
- Dich politisch nicht im rechtem, antifeministischem oder antideutschem (wenn du nicht weißt, was antideutsch ist: umso besser) Spektrum bewegst,
- Es schaffst ein paar sehr pflegeleichte Pflanzen am Leben zu halten
- Entweder eine geringe Kaution (400 Euro) zahlst oder eine Hausratsversicherung hast - wahnsinn!
