Gesucht: eine/n nette Mitbewohner/-in für meine Wohnung in einer der schönsten Lagen Frankfurts in Bornheim Mitte. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert und ist sehr hell. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein kleines Esszimmer, ein Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Die Wohung ist insgesamt 67 m2 groß. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Schränkchen, und Kleiderstange, und kann sonst nach deinem eigenen Geschmack eingerichtet werden.

I am looking for a flatmate (m/f), to share an apartment with in the centre of Bornheim Mitte, one of the most beautiful areas in Frankfurt! The apartment is 67 m2 , very bright and recently has been completely renovated. The apartment consists of a living room (ca 22 m2), small dining room, kitchen incl. a dishwasher, a bathroom incl. washing machine and a bathtub. There are two bedrooms; the one for rent is the smaller room (about 12 m2). Both bathroom and kitchen are new. The room to be rented is furnished and already contains a bed, drawer and clothes rail, but otherwise you are free to set it up according to your own taste.
Die Lage ist sehr superschön und sehr gut angebunden: Um die Ecke gibt es einen sehr großen Rewe-Markt (bis 10 Uhr geöffnet), außerdem gibt es Mittwochs und Samstags einen Markt am Uhrtürmchen in ca. 500 m Entfernung. Mehrere Bioläden, Drogerien etc. sind alle sehr nah gelegen.
Der wunderschöne Güntersburgpark ist auch nicht weit. Apfelweinkneipen, Brars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig. Die Wohnung ist nur ein paar Minuten von der U Bahn/Strassenbahnhaltestelle Bornheim Mitte entfernt.

The area is truly one of the most beautiful area's in Frankfurt, there is a big Rewe supermarket around the corner (opene til 10 PM), and a fresh open air market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Additionally there are various biological supermarkets in the area, not more than 5 to 10 minutes by foot. The lovely Günterburgpark is around the corner, a nice park to sport/hang out during the summer. You will find plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants also within walking distance, as well as the nearest metro/tram/bus stops.
Obwohl ich normalerweise viel arbeite, verbringe ich auch gerne Zeit zu Hause und würde gerne auch mal zusammen kochen oder ein Glas Wein trinken, wenn es sich ergibt. Wichtig ist mir, gerade auch weil wir uns Wohn- und Esszimmer teilen, dass wir uns beide wohlfühlen.

Even though I am quite busy normally (i.e. working fulltime) I also enjoy spending time at home and wouldn’t mind to share dinner/ a glass of wine together whenever it is convenient.Since we will probably both also hang out in the living room to relax, and I think it is important that we feel comfortable around each other.
