Looking for 2 people, friends or couple. I’m renting out the whole apartment, I divide the rent in two, so the price you can see is 335 euro. But in total it’s 670 euro.
The 53 square meters apartment is on the top floor. (Ignore the room size. I didn’t measure the single room.) I’m renting it out from 03.12 to 28.12, 26 days in total.
I’m moving out of the apartment and I’ll bring some of the furnitures and most of the things with me. I’ll leave the necessary things and we can talk about it
The location of the apartment is very nice. There are all kinds of markets nearby, also a traditional market and a park. In Berger Street nearby you can find all kinds of restaurants, bars and shops. It takes about 2 mins to the bus stop and 7 mins to the tram and subway station.
I’m moving out so it will be the whole apartment for rent. I marked 1 current male roommate because I have to choose one.
There is nothing special about the staying here. Keep the apartment clean, don’t damage things and don’t be noisy in the late evening are the only things you need to pay attention to.
The rent of the apartment is 670 euro in total. The cold rent is 650 euro and other cost is 20 euro. I’ll also asks for 300 euro for the deposit. About the internet, you can use the public WiFi spot and it cost 20 euro per month, which of need to pay by yourself.
