Zwischen den Stationen U4 Höhenstraße und U6/U7 Habsburgerallee. Zu Fuß zur Berger Straße sind es ca. 3 Minuten. Jeweils 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Konstablerwache/EZB Hafenpark/Ostpark/Güntersburgpark/FH Frankfurt. Bushaltestelle und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Jede Menge Läden, Restaurants, Bars innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Deine Mitbewohner werden 1 Studenten und 1 Berufstätiger sein. Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und machen auch was miteinander, aber falls man mal seine Ruhe braucht, ist das auch kein Thema. Einmal die Woche wird abwechselnd geputzt. Da Küche und Bad eine überschaubare Größe haben, ist das schnell erledigt.
Sonstiges
Falls du auch Student bist, bist du ein Bürgschaftstest deiner Eltern. Zu den 349 Euro warm kommen noch etwa 100 Euro für Strom, Gas und Internet dazu. Folgende Gegenstände sind in der Ablösesumme enthalten:

The room is 12 square meters and has a balcony facing west and the inner courtyard, including a clothes rack. The apartment is an old building apartment renovated in 2020 with beautiful high ceilings. There is a basement room and an inner courtyard, e.g. for bicycles.
Location
Between the U4 Höhenstraße and U6/U7 Habsburgerallee stations. It is about 3 minutes on foot to Berger Straße. 15-20 minutes on foot to Konstablerwache/EZB Hafenpark/Ostpark/Güntersburgpark/FH Frankfurt. Bus stop and tram right outside the door. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars within 5 minutes on foot.
Type of shared apartment
Your roommates will be 1 student and 1 employed. We all get on very well and do things together, but if you need some peace and quiet, that’s not a problem. We do cleaning turns once a week. Since the kitchen and bathroom are a manageable size, this is done quickly.

If you are also a student, you are a guarantor for your parents. In addition to the 349 euros warm, there is an additional 100 euros for electricity, gas and internet. The following items are included in the transfer fee:
