Das Zimmer ist frisch renoviert und top gepflegt. Es verfügt über ein großes Fenster, dass besonders am Nachmittag viel Sonne einlässt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Wohnküche mit allen üblichen Geräten sowie einer Spülmaschine. Das Bad ist mit einer geräumigen ebenerdiger Dusche ausgestattet, außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer steht zur Zwischenmiete frei.

Die Lage ist perfekt zentral gelegen, aber sehr wohnlich. Sie befindet sich im schönsten Stadtteil Frankfurts- in Bornheim. Zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar- Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Trinkhallen, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Kleidungsgeschäfte,... Die U4 fährt eine Minute zu Fuß ab und braucht 5 min zur Konstablerwache und 10 min zum Hbf. Außerdem ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten auf der A661.

Dein Mitbewohner ist Jannis (28). Er arbeitet als Designer in einer Werbeagentur im Frankfurter Westen und deswegen auch ab und zu von Zuhause aus. Er macht viel Sport (Rennrad, Karate und Fitness) und ist ein ruhiger und geselliger Typ.

The room is freshly renovated and well maintained. It has a large window that lets in a lot of sun, especially in the afternoon. The flat has a large eat-in kitchen with all the usual appliances and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower at ground level, and there is also a washing machine. The room is available for intermediate rent.

The location is perfectly central, but very homely. It is located in the most beautiful district of Frankfurt - Bornheim. Everything is within walking distance- Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, drinking establishments, restaurants, cafes, bars, clothes shops,.... The U4 leaves in one minute on foot and takes 5 min to Konstablerwache and 10 min to the main station. You can also reach the A661 in a few minutes by car.

Your flatmate is Jannis (28). He works as a designer in an advertising agency in the west of Frankfurt and therefore also works from home from time to time. He does a lot of sport (racing bike, karate and fitness) and is a quiet and sociable guy.
