Das Zimmer hat 20 qm und ein großes hohes Fenster nach Süden auf das Fünffingerplätzchen raus. Es hat einen wunderschönen Dielenboden, eine quadratische Form und hohe Decken. Schöner Altbau!
Die Wohnung ist mitten in Bornheim, direkt an der Bergerstraße und mit Blick auf den Fünffingerplätzchen. Rewe, Penny und ein großer Gemüseladen sind in unter 100m (!) Entfernung, unzählige Restaurants und Cafés sowie Einzelhandel sind einen Katzensprung entfernt. Laufweg zur Ubahn-Station Bornheim Mitte sind 2 Minuten, die Bahn fährt 5 min zur Konstablerwache und 12 min zum Hbf.
Das Zimmer wird kurz nach einer WG-Neugründung angeboten. Ich bin die zwei Monate im Ausland und biete mein Zimmer deshalb zur Zwischenmiete an.
Ich freue mich über aussagekräftige Anfragen. Der exakte Mietzeitraum ist verhandelbar, ggf. könnten wir ca. 1 Woche kürzer oder länger ausmachen.
Die Fotos sind leider nicht besonders gut, ich kann leider aktuell keine besseren Machen. Die Wohnung ist aber wirklich schön!
