Ich bin Robin, 25 Jahre und studiere Wirtschaftsmathematik an der TU Darmstadt.
Ich will mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen. Deswegen wird mein Zimmer entweder ab dem 01.09. oder ab dem 01.10. frei.
Ausserdem zeiht einer meiner Mitbewohner ebnfalls aus, es besteht also die Möglichkeit, zu zweit eizuziehen.
Das Zimmer ist ca.14 m^2 groß, hat Parkett und ein großes Fenster.
Meine Möbel würde ich alle bis auf das Regal drin lassen, also Bett, Schrank, ein Schreibtisch, Wandschränke und Waschtisch.
Die WG hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer und eine Küchenzeile. WC und Dusche sind seperat getrennte Räume.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Feldbergstrasse 75. In 3 min (250 m) ist man zur Haltestelle "Feldbergstrasse", an der auch der K-Bus zur TU-Lichtwiese hält.
Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 12 min zu Fuß (1 km) oder eine Haltestelle weiter.
Ein großer REWE befindet sich 1 km entfernt, sowie noch ein kleinerer REWE im Hauptbahnhof, der sogar Sonntags geöffnet hat!
Zur TU-Stadtmitte sind es mit dem Fahrrad 8 min, bzw. 3 Haltestellen.
Deine Mitbewohner sind unkompliziert und nett. Bei Fragen stehen sie dir immer zur Seite.
