The apartment is a Duplex loft with 2 floors. Your room is upstairs. Your room is really big, 25m2 with a big bed, a big desk, with a lot of storage, 2 windows so it's really luminous and electric curtain that allow to have perfectly dark nights. You will also have your own private bathroom with a shower, toilet, storage and mirror.
Also upstairs there is plenty of space (you could consider as your own appartment). If you need to accommodate friends, there is a guest room on the mezzanine.
The apartment is at the third and the last floor with an elevator.
On the third floor there is only 2 apartments and the neighbors are really nice.
Located in Dornbush you are just next to two U-bahn stations that are going in 5 min to the City center. Also by bike and car everything is less than 10-15min and you will not struggle parking if you have a car since there is a lot of space around the building.

We are two international guys looking for a 3rd flatmate, male or female, no preference. Unfortunaly the current 3rd flatmate will move alone as next step in his life. :( We moved to Frankfurt more than 2 years ago without knowing anyone in FFM and we ended up beeing flatmates in this appartment. Best decision ever. We have experience living in others WG in different countries like Canada, Mexico, China, Denmark, Ireland, etc. We have English as a commun language and we are doing our best improving our German. ;)
Juan (Spanish) and Max (French) we have our own rooms downstairs with another big bathroom that we are sharing between us. The kitchen has everything, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, two refrigerators... and there is a lot of place to cook. We like cooking, Spanish & French, I dont have to say much more. ;)
The vibe in the apartment is very chill and we really want to keep it like this. We like to play music (If you like Techno or latin music we will be friends <3 ). We enjoy watching Netflix, movies or sports like football games in our huge projector (cinema style is fantastic in the living room) We also like having people at home and do brunch/dinners with our friends (we have done a few big parties also from time to time).
However we are all working and "a lot" so during the week we try to keep it chill and we all respect each others.
At the same time cleaning is very important without to be maniac but we usually try to do it all together.
For us It's preferable to have someone who share a flat for more than the financial aspect especially since the apartment layout is ideal to enjoy time in common space. Indeed the living room is huge, with a big table to have dinner, a big sofa, perfect to have a Netflix/football night! In addition there is the bar side with all the music equipment.
