Ich ziehe in eine neue Wohnung in eine andere Stadt und suche deshalb einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin für mein Zimmer. Meine aktuellen Mitbewohner sind Studenten der Universität.
Du könntest ab dem 1. October 2023 nach Absprache als Nachmieter einziehen.(oder ab sofort, da das Zimmer gerad leer ist)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und enthält ein 150 cm Bett mit Matratze, einen großen Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode. Die Möbel sind alle in Weiß gehalten. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für Studenten oder Berufstätige.
Natürlich kannst du im Zimmer Yoga oder Fitness machen und dich jederzeit zuhause entspannen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sauber. Außerdem ist die Wohnung besonders praktisch, da eine Waschmaschine und eine Geschirrspülmaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden sind
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 620 Euro (alles inclusive).
Anmerkung: Du kannst das Zimmer derzeit bis Ende November (zwishen)mieten, da mein Vertrag bis dahin gültig ist. Wenn du jedoch einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag hast oder jemand (wie ein Elternteil oder Freund mit einem unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag in Deutschland) finanziell für dich bürgen kann, kannst du direkt mit dem Vermieter einen neuen Vertrag vereinbaren

Hello there,
I am moving to a new apartment in a different city and therefore, I am looking for a new tenant for my room. My current roommates are students from the university.
You could become the new tenant starting from September 25th/Oktober 1st, 2023, after discussion (or from now, since room is empty now).
The room is furnished, including a 150 cm bed with a mattress, a large wardrobe, a dresser. All the furniture is in white. The apartment is perfect for students or working individuals.
Of course, you can practice yoga or fitness in the room and always relax at home. It's quiet and clean. Additionally, it's great because a washing machine and a dishwasher are included in the apartment.
The monthly rent is 620 euros (all costs inclusive).
Note: You can currently rent the room until the end of November, as my contract is valid until then. However, if you got a permanent job contract (with unlimited duration) or if someone (like a parent or friend with a permanent job contract in Germany) can vouch for you financially (bürgen), you can arrange a new contract directly with landlord.
