Unsere WG ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung und das Zimmer liegt zur Hauptstraße. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen großen Anbauschrank und ein großes Fenster, das genügend Tageslicht hereinlässt.
Hello,since I will be moving to another city for a new job, I am looking for a tenant for my room in our cozy and friendly WG.
Our WG is a top floor apartment and the room faces the main street. The room comes with a big attached cupboard and a big window that lets enough natural light in.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Dornbusch mit hervorragender Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum. Die U-Bahn-Station Hügelstraße ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus kann man mit der U1, U2, U3 und U8 innerhalb von 10 min die Hauptwache erreichen. 200 m von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein REWE-Markt, der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist.
The apartment is in Dornbusch area with excellent connections to City Center. Hügelstraße U-bahn station can be reached within 2 mins by foot. From there, one can reach Hauptwache within 10 mins by U1, U2, U3 and U8. There is a REWE store 200 meters from our apartment which is open till 10 at night.
Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Imaad (28) und Amir (22). Imaad kommt aus Marokko und Amir aus dem Iran. Amir ist ein Student, der vor kurzem sein StudienKolleg beendet hat und seine Universitätsausbildung in fahrzeugtechnik fortsetzen wird. Imaad hat seine Ausbildung in der Gastronomie abgeschlossen.
Beide sind sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Jungs. Wir hängen alle zusammen und abends ab, aber wenn man seine Privatsphäre haben möchte, wird das auch respektiert.
Your future flatemates are Imaad (28) and Amir (22). Imaad comes from Morrocco and Amir from Iran. Amir is a Student, who recently finished his StudienKolleg and will continue his University education in Automotive Engineering. Imaad completed his ausbilding in gastronomy.
Both of them are very friendly and uncomplicated guys. We all hang out together during the evenings, but if you want you privacy that will also be respected.
