As I will be moving out of Frankfurt to continue my studies in Mannheim, one room in our shared flat will become available. The room is fully furnished (bed, matrace, table, wardrobe, TV) with enough space for any extra furniture, if required.
The room has a view to the small side street, which is generally very quiet as there is little to no traffic during the daytime. The window allows plenty of sunlight to get in the room in the morning, thereby making the hot summer afternoons and the short winter days bearable.
Together we share a small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace, where we sometimes hang out and eat together.

Da ich aus Frankfurt ausziehen werde, um mein Studium in Mannheim fortzusetzen, wird ein Zimmer in unserer WG frei. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Matraze, Tisch, Kleiderschrank, TV) und bietet genügend Platz für zusätzliche Möbel, falls gewünscht.
Das Zimmer hat einen Blick auf die kleine Seitenstraße, die generell sehr ruhig ist, da tagsüber wenig bis kein Verkehr herrscht. Durch das Fenster kommt morgens viel Sonnenlicht ins Zimmer, was die heißen Sommernachmittage und die kurzen Wintertage erträglich macht.

The flat is located in Dornbusch, exactly between the subway stations "Dornbusch" and "Fritz-Tarnow-Straße" (U1, U2, U3 and U8), which are each 5 minutes away by foot. Other connections nearby are the bus lines 64 and M34 and the line U5. The perfect location allows you to reach "Hauptwache" in less than 15 minutes and the main railway station in about 20 minutes.
The closest supermarkets are Rewe (10 min), Penny (10 min), LIDL (15 min) and ALDI (15 min). In the neighbourhood there are also multiple döner shops, restaurants, bakeries, banks and bars, so that you have everything in a relatively short distance.
One big advantage is the proximity to the Sinai park, which allows you to spend time with your friends and flatmates in the summer and also do some sports in the surroundings.
The flat is only a 15 minute walk away from the Frankfurt School.

Weitere Verbindungen in der Nähe sind die Buslinien 64 und M34 sowie die Linie U5. Durch die perfekte Lage erreichst du die Hauptwache in weniger als 15 Minuten und den Hauptbahnhof in ca. 20 Minuten.
Die nächstgelegenen Supermärkte sind Rewe (10 min), Penny (10 min), LIDL (15 min) und ALDI (15 min). In der Nachbarschaft gibt es auch mehrere Dönerläden, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Banken und Bars, so dass man alles in relativ kurzer Entfernung hat.
Ein großer Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Sinai-Park, wo man im Sommer mit seinen Freunden und Mitbewohnern Zeit verbringen und auch in der Umgebung Sport treiben kann.
Die Wohnung ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Frankfurt School entfernt.

Your new flatmates will be Rohan (26) and Pauline (26), who have been living and working in Frankfurt since last year. Both of them are very positive, energetic and lively individuals, who enjoy meeting new people and doing interesting things.
Pauline comes from Germany and is currently working as a researcher in an institute in Frankfurt. She is a very bubbly and positive person, who loves climbing, hiking and drinking beer with friends. She is always there to help you out and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Rohan comes from India and has been working as an engineer in Frankfurt since last year. A thing that definitely defines him are his amazing cooking skills, as he always likes to share his tasty meals with us and is always happy to eat something with you outside.
We like to spend time together but everyone has his own private space, which will allow you to enjoy the best of both worlds. We do however search for a person, who will actively do something with us, and are definitely not a "Zweck-WG".

Deine neuen Mitbewohner werden Rohan (26) und Pauline (26) sein, die seit letztem Jahr in Frankfurt leben und arbeiten. Beide sind sehr positive, energiegeladene und lebhafte Menschen, die gerne neue Leute kennenlernen und interessante Dinge unternehmen.
Pauline kommt aus Deutschland und arbeitet derzeit als Forscherin in einem Institut in Frankfurt. Sie ist eine sehr lebensfrohe und positive Person, die gerne klettert, wandert und mit Freunden Bier trinkt. Sie ist immer hilfsbereit und genießt es, Zeit im Freien zu verbringen.
Rohan kommt aus Indien und arbeitet seit letztem Jahr als Ingenieur in Frankfurt. Eine Sache, die ihn definitiv auszeichnet, sind seine ausgezeichneten Kochkünste, denn er teilt seine leckeren Mahlzeiten immer gerne mit uns und freut sich immer, wenn wir zusammen was draußen essen gehen.
Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, aber jeder hat sein eigenes Privatleben, so dass man das Beste aus beiden Welten genießen kann. Wir suchen jedoch eine Person, die aktiv etwas mit uns unternimmt, und sind definitiv keine "Zweck-WG".

The rent includes the radio and TV tax, which will save you all the troubles with the payment and collection of the money from your flatmates. The landlord also provides you with the opportunity to rent a car for free for up to 5 days in an year, if needed.
The internet costs €10/month and is not included in the rent.
