I am leaving a WG in Dornbusch (Fritz-Tarnow Straße) on the 2nd of june 2023. A room is free to be rented as starting this date !
Price : 520 euros / month
(450 euros + 70 euros for heating, water, garnage etc)
- ~12m2 all-furnished room, sunny during the day, with blanks for the night, view on a quiet street
- 1 min away from the Ubahn 1,2,3,8 and multiple buses
- In the city center in 10 minutes
- Supermarket 3 minutes away
- In an appartment with a small bathroom and a small kitchen, no living-room
- The kitchen is all-furnished with a dishwasher, an oven, microwave, kettle, and washing machine
- Basement + common storage room for bikes

You will be sharing the appartment with 2 other girls, Damla and Luiza ! Damla is turkish and arrived in Frankfurt this year to conduct her PhD. She loves to cook, to read and does yoga.
Luiza is brasilian, she is working in a kita and is planning on changing jobs soon. She like hanging out with friends, watching series with popcorn and travelling.
We are looking for a girl of our age (between 22-29), clean and well-organized (as the appartment is small this is really important to us), non-smoker.
