Weil ich umziehe, vermiete ich mein Zimmer im Studierendenwohnheim vom 01.06. bis zum 31.09. unter.
In der Miete von 250€ ist alles enthalten: Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Internet.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett, Regal, Schrank, Badschrank) und hat ein Waschbecken. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit eigenem Küchenfach, einem großem Wohnzimmer und einem Balkon. Eine abschließbare Dusche und Toiletten sind auf dem gemeinsamen Flur. Das Zimmer ist in der 6. Etage, es gibt aber einen Aufzug.
Im Keller des Wohnheims gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Tischtennisplatten, Bar und Kicker.
Im Wohnheim selbst kann man auch verschiedenen sozialen Gruppen wie zum Beispiel Fußball oder Tanzen beitreten.
Das EWF-Gebäude (und eine Mensa) der FAU ist direkt nebenan.
Das Zimmer kann nur an eingeschriebene Studenten/Studentinnen mit Immatrikulationsbescheinigung untervermietet werden. Zur Absicherung hätte ich gerne eine Kaution von 500€.
Eine Tramstation ist direkt vor der Tür, eine S-Bahn Station ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Busse sind auch 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte gibt es 10 Minuten entfernt und der Dutzendteich zum Spazieren ist gleich um die Ecke.

Because I'm moving out, I'm subletting my room in the student hall of residence from June 1st to September 31st.
The rent of 250€ includes everything: Electricity, water, heating and internet.
The room is furnished (desk, bed, shelf, wardrobe, bathroom cabinet) and has a washbasin. There is a shared kitchen with its own kitchenette, a large living room and a balcony. A lockable shower and toilets are in the shared corridor. The room is on the 6th floor, but there is an elevator.
In the basement of the hall of residence there is a common room with table tennis, a bar and table football.
In the hall of residence itself you can also join various social groups such as soccer or dancing.
The EWF building (and a canteen) of the FAU is right next door.
The room can only be sublet to enrolled students with a certificate of enrollment. I would like a deposit of 500€ as security.
A streetcar station is right in front of the door, an S-Bahn station is an 8 minute walk away and buses are also an 8 minute walk away. Supermarkets are 10 minutes away and the Dutzendteich for walking is just around the corner.
