Wir sind eine nette 2 Zimmer Studenten WG in Eckenheim. Ich (Elfi) werde den Sommer über nicht in Frankfurt sein und will deshalb mein Zimmer für 2 Monate vermieten. Das heißt, dass du dir die Wohnung mit meiner 29. jährigen Mitbewohnerin Maryann teilen wirst. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, und der direkte Zugang zum Balkon ist besonders im Sommer ideal.
Die Lage ist sehr schön, da das Viertel Eckenheim sehr schön und ruhig ist. Direkt neben dem Haus ist ein kleiner Park. Hinter diesem Park ist die Ubahn Station Theobald-Ziegler Straße (U5), die man innerhalb von 7 Minuten erreicht . 12 Minuten entfernt ist auch die Bekanntere UBahn Station Marbachweg/Sozialzentum. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind Penny, Rossman und Alnatura (3min.).
Wir sind eine sehr aufgeschlossene, fröhlich und herzliche WG. Wir essen gerne zusammen auf dem Balkon oder unternehmen auch so mal gerne etwas.
