Zu vergeben ist mein schönes Altbauzimmer in einer dreier WG :) vorerst befristet, da ich für den Master nach Mainz gehe und dort auch ein befristetes Zimmer habe. Es ist aber gut möglich, dass ich Ende Mai nur die Möbel holen würde und das Zimmer dann unbefristet weiter zu mieten ist :)
Das Zimmer ist zur Straße hin, durch doppelte Fenster aber sehr gut gegen Lärm geschützt. Ausgestattet ist es mit einer alten Holzkommode, einem Holzschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und zwei Regalen. Es ist ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit schönem Parkettboden und hohen Decken. Ich habe mich hier immer sehr wohlgefühlt!

I have a nice room in an old building in a three-person flat share :) for now it is limitet till the end of may because I am going to Mainz for my Master's degree and also have a temporary room there. However, it is quite possible that I would just get the furniture at the end of May and the room would then continue to be available for rent indefinitely :)
The room faces the street, but is very well protected against noise by double windows. It is furnished with an old wooden chest of drawers, a wooden wardrobe, bed, desk and two shelves. It is a very spacious room with beautiful parquet flooring and high ceilings. I have always felt very comfortable here!
Die Wohnung befindet sich eine Minute von der U-Bahn-Station „Lindenbaum“ entfernt, und die Uni sowie die Innenstadt sind nur 10 Minuten mit der Bahn entfernt! Gleichzeitig hat die Wohnung einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne, und die Nachbarschaft ist wirklich sehr schön und eher ruhig :)

The flat is one minute away from the train station "Lindenbaum", and the university as well as the city centre are only 10 minutes away by train! At the same time, the flat has a balcony with a view of the greenery, and the neighbourhood is really nice and rather quiet :)
In unserer WG unternehmen wir gerne mal was gemeinsam, treffen uns in der Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon zum Quatschen und auch gerne mal gemeinsam essen. Da eine weitere Mitbewohnerin und ich jetzt aber ausziehen, wird die WG nochmal etwas durchgemischt und du würdest mit Clara (die seit einem Jahr hier lebt) und einer weiteren neuen Mitbewohnerin zusammenleben.
Clara ist super aufgeschlossen und immer für einen „kitchen-talk“ oder auch für einen Kneipenabend zu haben! Die Stimmung in der WG ist sehr harmonisch und ein respektvoller Umgang untereinander ist uns sehr wichtig.

In our flat-sharing community we like to do things together, meet in the kitchen, living room and balcony to chat and sometimes eat together. Since another flatmate and I are moving out now, the flat-sharing community will be mixed up again and you would live together with Clara (who has been living here for a year) and another new flatmate.
Clara is super open-minded and always up for a "kitchen talk" or even a pub night! The atmosphere in the flat-sharing community is very harmonious and respectful interaction is very important to us.
