It is the larger of two rooms in total. Bed (90 x 200), sofa bed, wardrobe, desk as well as several side tables and lamps are available.
In the cellar there are washing and drying options against coin throwing.
The daylight bath contains a bathtub, sink and a Spoegel and lower cabinet.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove + oven, a capsule coffee machine and the usual kitchen furniture.

Es handelt sich um das größere von insgesamt zwei Zimmern. Bett (90 x 200), Schlafcouch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch sowie mehrere Beistelltische und Lampen sind vorhanden.
Im Keller gibt es Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeiten gegen Münzeinwurf.
Das Tageslichtbad enthält eine Badewanne, Waschbecken sowie einen Spoegel- und Unterschrank.
Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine, einem Herd + Backofen, einer Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine sowie den üblichen Küchenmöbeln ausgestattet.
The apartment is located in the quiet district of Eschersheim in Frankfurt and is wonderfully connected. The subway stop “White Stone” is a 5-minute walk away and from there you will reach the city centre with the U1, U2, U3 and U8 every 5 minutes. The S-Bahn stop “Eschersheim” is also not 5 minutes away, from there you also reach the central locations of Frankfurt with the S6.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Stadtteil Eschersheim in Frankfurt und ist wunderbar angebunden. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle „Weißer Stein“ ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und von dort kommt ihr mit der U1, U2, U3 und U8 alle 5 Minuten in Richtung Innenstadt. Auch die S-Bahn-Haltestelle „Eschersheim“ ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt, von dort erreicht ihr mit der S6 ebenfalls die zentralen Orte Frankfurts.
Your roommate is a 29-year-old doctor. I understood her directly very well, as she is also a rather quiet and super nice person. Order and cleanliness were quite important to us, otherwise living together was very simple. She never had anything to visit.
Some evenings we spent together, be it cooking, watching series or just talking a little bit. :
Eure Mitbewohnerin ist eine 29-jährige Ärztin. Ich habe mich direkt sehr gut mit ihr verstanden, da sie auch eine eher ruhige und super nette Person ist. Uns war Ordnung und Sauberkeit ziemlich wichtig, ansonsten hat sich das Zusammenleben sehr unkompliziert gestaltet. Gegen Besuch hatte sie nie etwas.
Einige Abende haben wir gemeinsam verbracht, sei es Kochen, Serien schauen oder auch einfach nur bisschen quatschen. :)
It is an all-inclusive rental - Wi-Fi, GEZ, heating is included in the additional costs. The electricity contract also runs through the landlord and amounts to 30€.
Before me, two men lived in this room - so there is also the possibility to share the room.
Important is the landlord that is not smoked on the property, so also not outside the door or on the balcony.
Otherwise, only to say that you really only need your suitcases here, no more. Everything is already present (cells, cups, glasses,...) and is ready for your intake.
Es handelt sich um eine All-Inclusive-Miete - WLAN, GEZ, Heizung ist alles in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Der Stromvertrag läuft ebenfalls über die Vermieterin und beläuft sich auf 30€.
Vor mir haben zwei Männer in diesem Zimmer gewohnt - es besteht also auch die Möglichkeit, sich das Zimmer zu teilen.
Wichtig ist der Vermieterin, dass auf dem Grundstück nicht geraucht wird, also auch nicht vor der Tür oder auf dem Balkon.
Ansonsten bleibt nur noch zu sagen, dass ihr hier wirklich nur eure Koffer braucht, mehr nicht. Es ist alles bereits vorhanden (Teller, Tassen, Gläser,…) und steht für euren Einzug bereit.
