Hi! I’m offering a room of approx 14sqm in a 57sqm apartment near Lindenbaum station. The apartment is newly renovated. The room is on the ground floor in the north side of the building and is not furnished. The kitchen is on the south side and has a small dining table. The rent includes internet, use of the washing machine, and an outside parking space. There is no tv cable connection in the room.
The minimum stay is 2 months.
I have 2 small older dogs.
Excellent transport: U1,2,3,8 is 6 minutes walk away. S6 is 13 minutes away.
Penny, Rewe, Biomarkt, Tedi, Restaurants nearby.
I am 40 and work mostly from home due to Corona. I have 2 sweet small dogs aged 11 and 16.
