Hallo zusammen,
da ich mich aus meiner WG verabschiede, wird mein WG-Zimmer in einer 3er WG in der Europa-Allee im Europa-Viertel frei.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 16m2 groß und kommt mit Bett und einer Kommode. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im 3. Stock in einem neuartigen Gebäude mit Aufzug.
Die Wohnung selbst umfasst 2 Badezimmer (du teilst dir eines davon mit einem deiner neuen Mitbewohner) sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Des Weiteren bietet die Wohnung einen kleinen Balkon.
Im Keller gibt es ein Abteil mit Stauraum sowie einen Fahrradkeller.

since I'm leaving my flatshare, there is an opening in our 3-person flatshare in the Europa-Viertel.
The room is about 16m2 and includes a bed as well as a dresser. The flat is located in the 3rd floor of a fairly new building with an elevator.
The flat itself has 2 badrooms (one of which you are sharing with one of your flatmates) as well as a living room with an openly designed kitchen. Additionally, the flat has a small balcony.
There is a compartment for storing in the basement as well as place to store bicycles.
Direkt im Gebäude befindet sich ein Rewe und im Gebäude nebenan einen DM. Auch eine Bushaltestelle, mit der man direkt zum Hauptbahnhof kommt, befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus. Auch nur wenige Schritte entfernt findest du einen Park.
There is a Rewe right in the basement of the building and a DM next door. Furthermore, there is a bus stop right next to the building and it is only a few steps to a park.
