We can offer a beautiful room in our 4-person shared apartment.
The room is unfurnished. Due to the large window, the room is very bright and has a lot of sun in the mornings. It is very quiet, because the window faces the courtyard. Since we have 2 bathrooms with shower & bathtub, you share the bathroom with only one roommate, so you never have to wait in the morning ;)
Highlight of our apartment is definitely the living/dining room with a big sofa and screen - perfect for movie nights. In addition, we have a balcony that leads around the whole apartment, where we have BBQs in the summer and sometimes enjoy an after-work beer with skyline view!
- Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und soll bald durch die neue Stadtbahnlinie ersetzt werden
- alle Fenster sind nach hinten bzw. in den Innenhof gerichtet, sodass wir uns nicht über Lärm beklagen können
- E-Roller, Leihfahrräder und Carsharing findet sich auch im Umkreis von wenigen Schritten
- gegenüber gibt es einen Kiosk mit Paketshop und langen Öffnungszeiten, ein REWE, ein DM und eine Apotheke sind auch in 3 min zu Fuß erreicht, Joggen kann man im Rebstockpark um die Ecke
- das gastronomische Angebot ist ausbaufähig, aber ein Italiener, ein Sushi-Restaurant und eine Weinbar sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung
- Parken im Europaviertel ist (meist) problemlos möglich

The flat is located in the Europaviertel, only 10 minutes by bike from the city center/Alte Oper. If you don't like cycling, you can also take the bus (the bus stop is directly in front of the building). Within 5min by foot you can reach a REWE, DM and a pharmacy. Other supermarkets can be reached quickly by bike.
If you have a car you can park in the neighboorhood for free (usually you easily find a parking spot).
Juidth (31), IJ (30) und Mitch (30) sind beruflich als strategische Projektassistentin, Produktmanager und Software Engineer unterwegs, genießen außerdem das ein oder andere Feierabendbier, gemeinsames Kochen/Grillen oder TV-Abende. Wir leben aus Überzeugung in einer WG (manche schon seit dem Studium) und genießen das entspannte Zusammenleben. Du passt perfekt, wenn du im Berufsleben stehst und von dir behauptest ein unkomplizierter Mensch zu sein.

Mitch (29) is originally from Ireland and works as a consultant in the space domain. In his free time he plays football, goes jogging and is always up for a Netflix evening or an after-work beer.
Indrajeet, called IJ, is from India, studied in Belgium and now works in Darmstadt as a Product Manager. He loves cooking and often spoils us with delicious Indian dishes. In his free time he often plays soccer with Mitch and goes to the gym.
I, Juidth am quite new to Frankfurt (moved last year) and i like exploring the city. I am a software engineer at a train Company which shall not be named those days ;) i have a passion for basketball and all other kinds of sport but still dreaming of being a National Junior champion. In my free time, I enjoy the art of cooking, often shared with my cooking companions, IJ and Mitch :). For me, the joy lies in the process of cooking rather than simply consuming the food.
We are all easy going and enjoy spending time together. So you should be in for occasional movie nights, cooking together, having a drink at a bar. Since the apartment is quite big, we have a cleaner that comes by every two weeks and cleans the common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom).
