Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um ein freistehendes Haus im Hinterhof, d.h. wir haben keine Nachbarn über- oder unter uns. Dementsprechend leise ist es auch. Es gibt eine große Terrasse von der wir im Sommer sehr profitieren!!
Das zu vermietende Zimmer besteht aus einem Durchgangszimmer, welches sich super als Arbeitszimmer eignet, und einem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet wobei ich ein paar Dinge wie z.B. meinen Schreibtisch und ein Regal gerne mitnehmen möchte. Bzgl. eines Ersatzes lässt sich aber bestimmt etwas einrichten.
ENGLISH:
The apartment is a detached house in the backyard, i.e. we have no neighbors above or below us. It is also correspondingly quiet. There is a large terrace which we take advantage of in the summer!!
The room for rent consists of a walk-through room, which is ideal as a study room, and a bedroom / living room. The room is rented out furnished, although I would like to take the desk and a shelf with me. Regarding a replacement, something can definitely be set up.

Das Haus liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt von der Linie 11 Endstation "Schießhüttenstr." sowie einer Bushaltestelle von der regelmäßig Busse nach Offenbach fahren. Der Mainkurbahnhof ist schnell und leicht zu erreichen. Ebenfalls in 5 Minuten befindest du dich am Main bzw. am Mainbogen, ein sehr sehr schöner Ort, welcher gerade renaturiert wird!
Im Sommer lädt der Rumpenheimer See zu einer Abkühlung ein!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet der Tegut und der GIPA (direkt gegenüber).
Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden!
ENGLISH:
The house is about a 5-minute walk from line 11, the terminus "Schießhüttenstr." as well as a bus stop from which buses regularly drive to Offenbach. The Trainstation "Mainkur" can be reached quickly and easily. Also in 5 minutes you are on the Main River at the so called "Mainbogen", a very beautiful place, which is currently being restored.
In summer, the Rumpenheimer See invites you to cool off!
Shops are offered by the Tegut and the GIPA (directly opposite).
There are enough parking spaces!

Du würdest für 4 Monate mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Nina zusammenleben. Sie ist sehr lebensfroh und kommunikativ und wünscht sich eine ebenfalls aufgeschlossene Person!
Uns ist Nachhaltigkeit wichtig! Es wäre sehr wünschenswert wenn du vegan oder wenigstens vegetarisch leben würdest.
Und was uns sehr am Herzen liegt, ist, dass du tierlieb bist! Denn der WG Kater Arne wünscht sich eine Person, bei der er auch Zeit im Zimmer verbringen darf und nichts dagegen hat, ihn auch mal zu füttern.

You would live with my roommate Nina for 4 months. She is very cheerful and communicative and would like someone who is also open-minded!
Sustainability is important to us! It would be very desirable if you were eating a vegan or at least vegetarian diet.
And what is very important to us is that you love animals! Because the WG cat Arne wants a person with whom he can spend time in the room and doesn't mind feeding him from time to time.
