Das Zimmer ist 16 m2 groß und sehr hell. Die Möblierung umfasst einen Tisch, Stuhl, Nachttisch, Bett, Kleiderstange, Kommode und zwei Stehlampen. Alle Möbel sind in der Miete inklusive.
Alle Nebenkosten sind ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten, darunter Strom, Wasser, Heizung, WIFI und Rundfunkbeitrag. Allerdings gibt es zusätzlich eine Putzkraft, die einmal in der Woche die Gemeinschaftsräume reinigt. Dafür zahlen wir jeder 40 EUR monatlich.
Küche, Toilette, Bad und Wohnzimmer sind in gutem Zustand und die Ausstattung der Küche umfasst alles, was zum Kochen und Essen benötigt wird.

The room measures 16 sqr meters, is very bright and includes a table, chair, night table, bed, drawer, hanging rack and two stand lamps. The whole furniture is included in the rent. There are no additional costs; electricity, water, heating, WIFI, radio and television fee. In addition, we share the costs of a cleaning person who cleans the common areas are included (40 EUR monthly).
Kitchen, toilet, bath room and living room are in a good condition and the kitchen has a lot of utensils, as other tenants have brought their own stuff over time.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. In nur 20 Metern Entfernung befindet sich die Bus- und Straßenbahn-Haltestelle "Platz der Republik" und bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 200 Meter.
Ein großes Einkaufszentrum, das Skyline Plaza, liegt nur 300m entfernt und umfasst eine große Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein REWE befindet sich im Skyline Plaza und einer in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Weiterhin gibt es einen Penny und einen Teegut in der Nähe.
Es gibt viele Restaurants jeder Art im Umfeld und sollte man nichts finden, sind es auch nur wenige Gehminuten bis in die Innenstadt.
Es sollte angemerkt werden, dass es in dem Bahnhofsviertel einige komische Leute und Obdachlose gibt. Ebenfalls sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass es in so zentraler Lage auch mal etwas Lärm gibt.

The location is extremly central. Its only a 20meter walk to the nearest tram stop (Platz der Republik) and around 200m to Frankfurt central station. The shopping mall Skyline Plaza is less than 300m away and for groceries there are a few options close by, a REWE, TEGUT and a Penny. There are a lot of different restaurants with all styles of food.
In the area around the central station it may happen to get in contact with strange people or homeless people. Because of the location at a road with a lot of traffic, it also can be a bit noisy.
Die Mitbewohner unserer WG sind:
Serdar, 28 Jahre alt, ursprünglich aus Oberhausen, promoviert an der Darmstadt Universität im Bereich Elektroingenieur.
Christian, 31 Jahre alt, ursprünglich aus Dänemark, arbeitet als Berater im Bereich Finanzielle Märkte.
Fabian, 27 Jahre alt, ursprünglich aus der Nähe von Stuttgart, ist Trainee im Kapitalmarktbereich einer Bank.
Wir möchten alle gern aktiv am WG-Leben teilnehmen, gehen gern gemeinsam ins Fitness Studio, die Stadt entdecken, ins Theater, zu Konzerten, Museen oder trinken einfach gemeinsamen ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein.
Da wir alle berufstätig sind und unter der Woche arbeiten müssen, ist es unter der Woche meist etwas ruhiger. Wir respektieren die Privatsphäre von den anderen, sodass jeder auch seine Ruhe haben kann, wenn er sie sucht. Wir versuchen alle zusammen die WG aufgeräumt und sauber zu halten.

Fabian, 27 years, originally from Stuttgart, works as a trainee within the capital markets of a bank.
The spirit of the WG is a social mind with interest in doing things together like exploring the city, go to the gym, the theatre, a concert, a museum or simply grab a beer or a wine while chatting. Everyone is working during the week, therefore it may be a bit more quiet in the evening. We respect the privacy of one another and also try to keep a neat and clean WG.
Wir suchen eine/einen Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner, die/der auch an sozialen Aktivitäten teilnehmen möchte, aber auch die Privatsphäre von den Mitbewohnern respektiert. Darüber hinaus ist es uns sehr wichtig, dass die/der damit helfen, die WG sauber zu halten.
Es wird bevorzugt, wenn du selber auch berufstätig bist, schon WG-Erfahrung oder ähnliches hast und planst nicht nur kurzfristig in der WG zu bleiben. Wir sind eine halb internationaler Truppe und erwarten deshalb, dass du damit umgehen kannst und Englisch sprichst.

We are looking for a roomate who also wants to be a part of the social life of the WG, but at the same time respects the privacy of their roommates. In addtion, it is important that you help keeping the WG neat and clean.
Candidates are preferred, if they are also working, already have experience living in a WG or similar and expect to live in the WG for a longer time. We are an international group with different background and expect that you are open minded towards this and do speak English and German.
