Hey Guys, I am looking for a new tenant (any student studying in Germany including an International Exchange student who has come to Germany to study) for my room.
• The room is located on the Ground floor of FS Dorms (adjacent to the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management) at Adickesallee 36-38, 60322 Frankfurt am Main
• The public transport U-bahn stations Miquel-/Adickesallee and Nibelungenallee/Deutsche Nationalbibliothek are also only a few minutes away
• The lease contract for the room will be available from 1St April to 31st July, 2020 (If someone wants the room earlier than 1st April, that can also be worked out).
• The room has an attached washroom and is around 13 square meters
• The rent is 550 Euros which is inclusive of heating & electricity charge
• The security deposit is 1000 Euros
• City Registration can be done
• A single person can occupy the room
• The flat has only six rooms in total
• Each single room is part of the shared flat and is fully furnished with the following:
 Bed, mattress and bedside table
 Closet, coat rack and mirror
 Desk with storage areas, bin and chair
 En-suite bathroom with shower
 Phone connection (basic fee covered)
 Internet access (Monthly charge of only 4 Euros)
 TV connection
• The flat has two storage rooms where additional luggage can be kept
• The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen which has a brand-new induction system & oven, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator & freezer. Common utilities like rice maker, plates, mugs, bowls, pans, glasses, spoons and forks are also available for use for free.
• There are washing machines & dryers available for use free of charge
• Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance (Including Reve & McDonalds)
