Das Zimmer ist ca. 25m² und liegt im 2. Stock einer Doppeletagenwohnung. Das
Fenster ist wandbreit, wodurch lüften sehr gut möglich ist. Außerdem fällt dadurch zu jeder Jahreszeit genug Licht in den Raum ein.
Es hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Straße und den Wald, der hinter einem kleineren Haus liegt. Es
wird sich ein Badezimmer mit dem anderen Zimmer im 2. Stock geteilt.
Ebenfalls hat es einen eigenen Abstellraum im Zimmer (ca 5m² die nicht in der Fläche des Zimmers
mit gemessen wurden)
Das Zimmer ist möbiliert und die Möbeln können auf Wunsche übernommen. ( Übernahme wäre gewünscht, da ich die Möbel nicht mehr benötige)
In der Abstandszahlung sind Bett (1,6m), Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, weißer Stuhl und Wäscheständer enthalten, also alles was man für den Anfang benötigt. Der Preis der Abstandszahlung ist verhandelbar.

ein grosses vollmöbiliertes Wohnzimmer, die Raum mit einer riesige Küche teilt. Es gibt
auch einen ca. 10m² großen nach Süden orientierten Balkon mit einem schönen Ausblick

- Abstellraum im Keller.
- Abgeschlossener Fahradabstellbereich.
ENGLISH:
The room is around 25m² and is located on the second floor of a 2-stories apartment. The window span over the whole width of the room, therefor it's quite easy to get some fresh air into the room. Also a lot of light will come into the room, even during winter. The view from outside the window is the end of the street, some buildings and the beautiful Riederwald (Rieder-forest). The room shares a bathroom with the other room on the 2nd floor.
There is also a ~ 5m² storage room inside the wall, which is not calculated into the room size.
The room contains basic furniture: a 1,6m bed, two nightstands, a table and a white chair, a wardrobe and a clothes horse. All those items are included in the payment for the furniture. The price is negotiable.
Flat:
The duplex apartment/maisonette is located on the third floor and is around 150 m², 4 bedroom (2 on each floor), 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor) and 1 guest toilet in the first floor. It has a big furnished living room, which shares space with a huge kitchen. There is also a 10m² balcony with a beautiful view which faces south.

Riederwald ist ein ruhiges Stadtviertel Frankfurts mit eine reizende Architektur der 20er Jahre. Das Haus wurde aber erst Ende der 90er Jahre gebaut. Es liegt nur 10 min entfernt von Konstablerwache mit der U-Bahn oder 15 min mit dem Fahrrad. Es hat eine gute ÖPV Anbindung und einen schönen Wald, der von der Wohnung aus gesehen werden kann.
ÖPV Verbindungen:
- Schäfflestraße (U4 and U7) 10 min zu Fuß.
- Johanna-Tesch-Platz (U7) 15 min zu Fuß.
- Dieselstraße (Straßenbahn 11 and 12) 8 min zu Fuß.

Riederwald is a nice suburban and quiet neighborhood with a charming architecture which was mostly built in the 20s. However, the building was built in the late 90s. It’s only 10 min away from Konstablerwache with the Ubahn or 15 min with the bicycle. It’s well serviced by public transport and it also has a nice forest which can be seen from the apartment.
Public transport connection:
- Schäfflestraße (U4 and U7) 10 min walking.
- Johanna-Tesch-Platz (U7) 15 min walking (recommended for a nice walk/jog through the woods)
- Dieselstraße (tram 11 and 12) 8 min walking.
Shopping and services:
- Netto (around the corner).
- Kaufland (20 min walking)
- Bank (Frankfurter Sparkasse – 5 min walking)
- Postoffice (5 min walking)
Since our common language is english, the part about the WG-Leben will be in english only:
Hi there! We are looking for a new flatmate for my room from mid of October / beginning of November. Prefered are students or employed persons.
We’re an international WG which speaks mostly English at home. The reason we speak English at home is because it’s the language which we share the same level. Russian and of course, German, are also spoken by at least one of the other flatmates. We would say that this is the perfect place to practice that foreign language you haven’t used in a while or bring a new one as well.
Your future flatmates are:
- Saidar (26), a Russian master student in software engineering, who likes climbing (outdoors and indoors). The greatest drinking pal and a fan of Alt-Sachsenhausen. But also, the best person to drink a coffee or a tea in the living room and a great cook. Having breakfast with Saidar is one of the best things to start into a new day! Unfortunately Saidar will leave the flat during november to pursue a new job opportunity.
- Lidia (22), the one with the coolest background, born in Estonia, grown up in the emirates and studied in the Netherlands!. Saidar and I cannot compete in beauty against her, although we try hard. She is Estonian but has lived so many adventures that we lost the count. Lidia will leave the flat during november to move together with her boyfriend!
-Vlad (24): Our favourite ukrainian game designer. Vlad came to Frankfurt to do an internship at a game development studio. Vlad left the flat a short time ago and we are searching for a new flat mate for his room.
-Anton(26): The owner of this room. I lived inside the room for over a year and enjoyed my stay here! The room is lovely and I will miss it dearly. I'm leaving the flat to live together with my girlfriend!
Since we are all moving out in a short order, getting to know us will be hard, but we try to find a good replacement for us.
