unsere Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung, aus der ich temporär ausziehe, liegt im Gallusviertel nahe der S-Bahn-Station Galluswache, also mit gutem Anschluss an S-Bahn und Straßenbahn. Die Altbau-Wohnung ist hell, 65qm groß und hat neben der Küche auch ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer. Das WG-Zimmer ist 14qm groß, möbliert und ruhig.Das Zimmer hat altbautypische hohe Wände und einen Dielenboden.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Schlafsofa (Ligne Roset, nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen), einem Schreibtisch, bei Bedarf einem Sessel oder Stuhlen, einer Kommode und einer Kleiderstange. Weitere Möbel können auf Wunsch auch dazugestellt werden.
Die Komplettmiete beträgt monatlich 475€ (d.h. inkl. Strom, W-Lan, GEZ usw.). Als Kaution müssen 400€ hinterlegt werden. Das Mietverhältnis läuft auf Untermietbasis, dazu wird ein Untermietvertrag zur Sicherheit geschlossen.
Das Zimmer ist verfügbar ab 15.7. oder 1.8. bis maximal 15.4.2019. Kürzere Zeiträume oder ein späterer Einzug sind aber auch möglich!
