Bright room with high ceiling in old house, with creaky wooden floor, ca.15 m². Furnished with bed, desk, cabinet that belong to the owners. They are open to negotiating getting rid of them though, if you want to bring your own furniture. Kitchen has pretty much everything.

Helles, hohes Altbauzimmer mit knarzendem Dielenboden, ca. 15m². Mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank. Großes Fenster nach WSW. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Terrasse wird mit den anderen Hausbewohner:innen gemeinsam genutzt.
Hier gibt's jede Menge kleine Restaurants der eher einfacheren Art, mehrere Supermärkte, Drogeriemarkt, Bäcker, alles in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zur Straßenbahn-Haltestelle auch nur 2-4 Minuten und dann ist man in gut 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof oder kann an der nächsten Haltestelle in die S-Bahn umsteigen. Für Fahrräder gibt's einen überdachten Abstellplatz im Hinterhof.
Ich bin 31 und Student im Master, arbeite Teilzeit, zur Zeit meistens von zu Hause. Ansonsten bewegt mich unter anderem Essen, Politik, Musik und Fotografie. Ich bin sehr gerne mal für gemeinsame Kochaktionen und den einen oder anderen Kaffee/Bier etc. in der Küche zu haben.
