Das ca. 14 m2 große Zimmer wird zum 01.02.2022 frei und muss teilmöbiliert übernommen werden (Bett, Schrank). Das Zimmer ist hell und liegt Richtung Innenhof, sodass es schön ruhig ist. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, Küche mit allem was man braucht (Spülmaschine!) und einem kleinen Bad mit Badewanne/Duschwanne. Im Keller des Hauses befinden sich Waschmaschinen und Trockner, die Mitbenutzung ist in der Warmmiete mit inbegriffen.
Super Lage, maximal 5 Minuten zur Tram oder ca. 8 Minuten zur S-Bahn Station Galluswarte, welche nur eine Haltestelle vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist. Direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein REWE, eine Apotheke sowie Döner Läden und weitere Restaurants. Ein paar Meter weiter an der Tram Station gibt es noch weitere Supermärkte, einen Rossman und verschiedene Restaurants/Bars/Cafés. Zum Main sind es ca. 2km. Ansonsten gibt es hier genügend Parkplätze, die du ohne Anwohnerschein nutzen kannst.
In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt Lea, die 24 Jahre alt ist und Soziale Arbeit studiert. Allerdings befindet sie sich in den letzten Zügen ihres Studiums und wird im März ebenfalls ausziehen.
Das Zimmer wird direkt über den Vermieter vermietet.
