In der Wohnung befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ein gemütlicher WG-Treffpunkt ist, ein Tageslichtbad, eine extra Toilette sowie ein Abstellraum. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster hin zu einer ruhigen Straße. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch, sowie eine Kommode. Die Couch, sowie der Couchtisch können bei Interesse für 40€ übernommen werden.

In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, which is a cozy WG meeting place, a daylight bathroom, an extra toilet and a storage room. The room has a large window facing a quiet street. In the room there is a bed, a closet, a desk, as well as a chest of drawers. The couch, as well as the coffee table can be taken over for 40€ if interested.
Die Wohnung liegt optimal im Herzen des Gallus, angrenzend an das neue Europaviertel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Lidl, Denn's).
Aus der sehr verkehrsarmen Straße ist man in 3 min im neu errichteten Europa-Garten, an den sich durchgägnig weitere Parks bis zum Stadtrand anschließen und somit zum spazieren, joggen und verweilen im Grünen einladen.
Bus, Straßenbahn und die S-Bahn-Station Galluswarte sind in 3-8 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Von der Galluswarte ist man in 2 min am Hauptbahnhof und in 6 min in der Innenstadt.

From the very low-traffic street you are in 3 min in the newly built Europa-Garten, which is followed by other parks to the edge of the city and thus invite you to walk, jog and linger in the greenery.
Bus, streetcar and the S-Bahn station Galluswarte are within 3-8 min walking distance. From Galluswarte you can reach the main train station in 2 min and the city center in 6 min.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr unkompliziert. Mit Mari und Maria wirst du zwei sehr sympathische Mitbewohnerinnen haben, die äußerst hilfsbereit sind. Mari ist 26 Jahre alt und absolviert derzeit ihre Ausbildung zur Erzieherin und arbeitet nebenbei im Kindergarten. Maria ist 21 Jahre alt und macht derzeit ein Praktikum in einer Marketing-Agentur.
Mittelpunkt der WG ist die Küche, in der sich häufig spontane Gespräche und lustige Zusammenkünfte ergeben. Einmal die Woche putzen wir gemeinsam die Gemeinschaftsräume und halten so die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich.
Bis auf eine gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme leben wir sonst ungezwungen miteinander. Jeder verfolgt seinen Alltag und die WG rundet diesen durch ein Heimkommen-Gefühl ideal ab.

Living in a shared flat is very uncomplicated. With Mari and Maria you will have two very sympathetic roommates who are extremely helpful. Mari is 26 years old and is currently completing her training as an educator and works part-time in a kindergarten. Maria is 21 years old and is currently doing an internship at a marketing agency.
The center of the WG is the kitchen, where spontaneous conversations and funny get-togethers often take place. Once a week, we clean the common rooms together and thus keep the apartment clean and tidy.
Apart from mutual consideration, we otherwise live together in an informal way. Everyone follows his everyday life and the WG rounds this off ideally by a homecoming feeling.
