Die Wohnung ist 4 Gehminuten von der Galluswarte weg. 1 Haltestelle von dem Hauptbahnhof und 3 von der Hauptwache. In diesem Viertel bist du gut angebunden und findest tolle Restaurants wie Rumis zu einem günstigen Preis!
The apartment is 4 min away from the S-Bahn station "Galluswarte", from there you have 1 stop to the central train station and 3 stops to "Hauptwache" the city center.
Du wohnst in einer 2er WG, in welcher Julian das andere Zimmer bewohnt. Er studiert gerade und schreibt seine Bachelor Arbeit, weswegen du besonders viel Rücksicht nehmen solltest. Julian ist auch als Untermieter für meine Freundin, die gerade in Südamerika ist, in dem anderen Zimmer und bleibt insgesamt für 3 Monate in der Wohnung. Falls das zu unübersichtlich ist, können wir gerne nochmal in einem Gespräch alles klären :)
Es ist uns wichtig, dass jeder nach Benutzung der Küche aufräumt, einmal pro Woche entweder das Bad oder die Küche putzt und ihr euch alle 2 Wochen mit dem Treppenhausputzdienst abwechselt.
You live in a 2-person flat share, in which Julian lives, he studies and is currently writing his Bachelor thesis. He is living here for three month and is actually in the room of my girlfriend, because she is in south america at the moment. If this is too confusing we can talk about it personally :)
It is important to us that everyone cleans up after using the kitchen, cleans either the bathroom or the kitchen once a week and you take turns cleaning the stairs every 2 weeks.
Bei unserem Standherd in der Küche funktioniert der Backofen nicht mehr, weshalb wir einen kleinen Elektroofen gekauft haben in dem man Pizza und andere Dinge machen kann. (Da er weniger Energie verbraucht und super funktioniert, werden wir ihn behalten).
In our stove in the kitchen, the oven no longer works, so we bought a small electric oven in which you can make pizza and other things. (Since it consumes less energy and works great, we will keep it).
