Katzenfreundliche Mitbewohner*in für 2er-WG direkt am HBF gesucht, Wohnungsübernahme möglich

Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten vom Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof entfernt, die Umgebung hat also so seine Vor- und Nachteile. Es ist wirklich sehr zentral, alle Öffis quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die Ottostraße ist angesichts der Lage zwar noch vergleichsweise ruhig (hier sind vor allem Hotels und Restaurants), es ist aber trotzdem immer was los und es kann auch mal lauter werden am Wochenende.

The Ottostrasse is only 2 minutes from Frankfurt main station, so the neighborhood has its pros and cons. Central location, public transportation is basically on the doorstep. Despite the location, Ottostrasse is relatively quiet (mainly hotels and restaurants), but there's still always plenty going on outside, especially during the weekends.

Zu mir: Ich heiße Vanessa, bin 34 und arbeite in der Bildungsarbeit. Hab einen Vollzeit-Job, bin also tagsüber unter der Woche selten zuhause, es sei denn ich bin im Home Office. Mache bisschen Kampfsport, bin an den Wochenenden auch gern mal unterwegs, Kneipen z.B., lade friends zum kochen ein und so Sachen. Neben mir würdest du mit zwei sehr sweeten Katzen wohnen, katzenfreundlich sein ist also ein Muss.
Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ist mir sehr wichtig, ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander auf jeden Fall auch. Zuhause ist eher ein Rückzugsort für mich, bin aber auch ein sozialer Mensch und freu mich über ein nettes Zusammenwohnen, wäre perfekt, wenn du das ähnlich siehst. Ansonsten sollte es einen gewissen linken Grundkonsens geben. Alles weitere dann beim Kennenlernen :)

About me: I'm Vanessa, 34 years old. I have a full-time job doing educational work, which means I'm rarely at home during the day on weekdays (if I'm not in home office). I do a little martial arts, like to go out on weekends, e.g. to bars or I invite friends over for cooking and stuff like that. Besides me you would also be living with two absolutley adorable cats, so being a cat-friendly person is an absolute must.
A clean apartment is very important to me, as well as being respectful and considerate with one another. Home is my place of retreat but being friendly and social as roommates is great, it would be perfect if you have the same need. Other than that we shoud share basic leftist views. More when we meet :)

Leider akzeptiert die Hausverwaltung nur jemanden mit festem Einkommen, du solltest also berufstätig sein. Alternativ gibts noch die Möglichkeit, dass deine Eltern/ein Elternteil den Mietvertrag unterschreiben, falls du Student*in bist.
Dein Mietanteil würde ca. 580€ betragen, die Nebenkosten beziehen sich aber noch auf einen 1-Personen-Haushalt, es kommt wahrscheinlich also noch was dazu.

Da das Zimmer quasi schon frei ist, ist das Einzugsdatum flexibel.
Perspektivisch ziehe ich aus Frankfurt weg, wenn du dir vorstellen kannst, die Wohnung zu übernehmen, wäre das ein Pluspunkt :)

Unfortunately the landlord only accepts tenants with a fixed income, but there's the possibility of your parent(s) signing the lease if you're a student.
Rent incl. everything is ~580€/month at the moment but there will probably be some additional costs because the calculation is based on a one-person household.

The room is basically move-in ready so the date is flexible.
I'm planning on moving away from Frankfurt. It's a plus if you like the idea of taking over the apartment in the near future :)
