Hi, ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG im Gallusviertel. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß und mit einem 140x200 Bett, einem Schreibtisch, Stühlen, zwei Regalen, einem Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel und einem Nachttisch ausgestattet/möbliert. Außerdem hat das Zimmer einen Balkon. Die Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und allen Kochutensilien die man so braucht ausgestattet. Im Flur stehen 3 kleine Schuhregale. Im Keller können Waschmaschine und Trockner ohne Aufpreis genutzt werden.
U-Bahn in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, S-Bahn in ca. 10 min. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein Rewe, im nahen Umkreis gibt es auch noch weitere Supermärkte. Die Lage ist ruhig, das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet (30er-Zone), das Zimmer geht auf eine Allee hinaus und hat den größten Teil des Tages Sonne.
Wir können gerne einen Online oder vor Ort Besichtigubgstermin ausmachen. Ich bin zeitlich flexibel, auch am Wochende wäre es kein Problem.
