ich biete ein schönes, helles Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer wird auf Wunsch teilmöbliert vermietet.
Die Wohnung (Altbau) liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Ihr seid in 3 Minuten zu Fuß an der Galluswarte und fahrt in nur zwei Minuten von dort zum Hauptbahnhof oder zur Messe (jeweils nur eine Station entfernt). Das Zimmer kann gerne nur für einige Monate gemietet werden und ist vorerst befristet auf ein Jahr.

I am offering a nice bright room for sublet. The partly furnished room, for rent in a shared flat, is also available without furniture if you wish to move in with your own belongings.
The apartment is very centrally located and close to the main station. It's only a 3-minute walk to the Galluswarte (closest Train Station) and only a 2-minute ride from there to the main station or the trade fair (both only one stop away).
Please feel free to stop by and take a glimpse of the room.

Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller und kann selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden.
