Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß, hat Laminatboden, zwei Dachfenster (wunderschönen Morgen Sonnenstrahlen *.*) und einen Dachbalken. Das Zimmer ist am Ende des Flures und somit am weitesten von unserer Wohnküche entfernt, also ruhig :)
Wir wohnen mega Zentral im Gallusviertel und die Tram 11/21 ist nur drei Minuten und der 52er Bus zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Penny, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann). Auch in die Innenstadt kommt man innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit der Tram und die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Galluswarte ist nur eine Straßenbahnstation entfernt.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Alice(23), Ronja(24) und Michi(22). Wir alle sind Studenten, die gerne mal was zusammen unternehmen, wie z.B. Kochen, in der Wohnküche rumhängen, Filme schauen, Feiern gehen oder auch mal ein Bier trinken.
In unserer WG gibt es einen Putzplan. Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit aber sind dabei nicht allzu penibel.
Was wir nicht wollen, ist eine Zweck-WG, du solltest also Bock auf WG haben. Aber natürlich ist es auch absolut in Ordnung, dich in dein Zimmer zurückzuziehen und die Musik aufzudrehen ;)
