Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für 4Wochen während der Ferien. Es sind noch 2 Zimmer frei, ein 22m2 großes Zimmer (normalerweise unser Wohnzimmer), mit großer Couch, TV und wir stellen noch ein Bett rein (deshalb sieht man es auf dem Bild nicht - 385,00€)) und ein kleines Zimmer mit Bett, Schrank und Kommode, 11m2 (345,00€).
Unsere Wohung ist gemütlich und lädt mit seinem Balkon gerade im Sommer zum Verweilen ein. Der große Balkon hat Zugang von der Küche und dem kleinen WG-Zimmer.
Die Wohnung wird vollmöbeliert und komplett ausgestattet zur Zwischenmiete vom 22.07.2020-22.08.2021 angeboten.

We are renting out our beautiful 2 room -apartment with1 big living room which can be used as a second bedroom 22 m2 (we will put a bed inside, 385,00€) a small bedroom with a wardrobe 11m2 (345,00€)a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony, from July 22nd 2021 until August 22nd 2021.
The apartment will be rented as a flat sharing community.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need.
The area is perfectly located, 5 min. walk to the subway station, which is only one stop to either the fare or the main train station. 3 stops to the center Hauptwache. Supermarkets, post offfice and banks are right across the street.

Das Gallusviertel ist ein junges und multikulturelles Viertel mit vielen verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zum Essen, Trinken und Ausgehen.
Die Galluswarte ist nur 4 min zu Fuß entfernt, von wo du alle Verbindungen hast. Der Hauptbahnhof und die Messen sind jeweils nur eine Station mit der S Bahn entfernt. Wer das Frankfurter Nachtleben kennenlernen will ist im Bahnhofsviertel gut aufgehoben. Die Innenstadt ist drei S Bahn Stationen entfernt.
Supermärkte, Sparkasse, Post etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar.
Gute Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Haustür.
Da wir die Wohnung nur für 4 Wochen untervermieten, überlassen wir Euch die Gestaltung des WG Lebens. Wir haben sehr liebe Freunde im Haus, die ihr auch gerne bei Bedarf ansprechen oder zu Euch einladen könnt;).
Wir würden gerne einen Untermietvertrag mit Euch anschließen. Falls wir es schaffen wäre ein persönliches Kennenlernen schön, sonst gerne über Skype.
