Zur Wohnung und zum Zusammenwohnen:
Der allgemeine Renovierungszustand der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die letzte Komplettrenovierung war 2016. Seitdem hat mein Mitbewohner durchgehend dort gewohnt und alles sehr pfleglich behandelt.
Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in zwei Zimmer, Flur, Küche und Bad. Alle größeren Installationen in Küche und Bad sind Teil der Mietsache, insbesondere die Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, die Waschmaschine etc.
Dein Zimmer hat 15qm und ist mit einem Schreibtisch samt Stuhl, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Bett und einem Regal möbliert.
In der Miete sind bereits enthalten die Warmmiete, die Stromkosten, die Nebenkosten, sowie die Kosten fürs WLAN und die Rundfundgebühren.

About the apartment and living together:
The condition of the apartment is very good. The last complete renovation was in 2016. Since then, my roommate has lived there continuously and treated everything very carefully.
The apartment is divided into two rooms, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. All major installations in the kitchen and bathroom are part of the rental property, especially the built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, the washing machine, etc.
Your room has 15sqm and is furnished with a desk and chair, a closet, a bed and a shelf.
The rent already includes the warm rent, the electricity costs, the utilities, as well as the costs for the WLAN and the broadcasting fees.
Verkehrsanbindung:
5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt fahren die Tramlinien 11, 21 und 14. Ebenso führt die Mainzer Landstraße in nächster Nähe direkt ins Zentrum. Näheres könnt ihr Google Maps entnehmen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Direkt auf den gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite der von der Wohnung ist ein türkischer Supermarkt und eine sehr preiswertes italienisches Restaurant; in 3 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß befindet sich ein Penny Markt und ein Burger King, in 7 Minuten erreicht ihr einen Aldi, einen Rewe Center und einen Lidl.
Das Viertel ist insgesamt sehr ruhig.
