The room is large, bright and has 2 windows. It is located in a 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a renovated building in the beautiful Hellerhof settlement of the Gallus district. The room is furnished with among others, a bed, a large wardrobe, a desk, a swivel chair and a mirror.

Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und es hat 2 Fenster und befindet sich in einer 3ZimmerWohnung im 2. OG eines sanierten Altbaus in der schönen Hellerhofsiedlung des Gallusviertels. Zum Mobiliar gehören unter anderem ein Bett, ein großer Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch, ein Drehstuhl und ein Spiegel.

The residential area is pleasantly quiet, which makes the communal garden behind the house even more beautiful in summer. There are good parking facilities and public transport such as buses, roads and the S-Bahn are within walking distance (Bus: 2 min., Tram: 3 min. and S-Bahn: 10 min). In the neighborhood, there are many shops such as Penny, Rewe, Aldi and Lidl and in the nearby Skyline-plaza (shopping center). Rebstockpark and Rebstockbad are also 10 min away by foot. There are several cafes in the Gallusviertel and more and more are being added. The proximity to the main train station and downtown are very comfortable.

Die Wohngegend ist angenehm ruhig, was den Gemeinschafstgarten hinterm Haus im Sommer noch schöner macht. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus, Straßen und, S-Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar (Bus: 2 min., Straßenbahn: 3 min. und S-Bahn: 10 min). In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Rewe, Aldi und Lidl und im unweit entfernten Skyline-plaza (Einkaufszentrums). Rebstockpark und Rebstockbad sind auch in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Cafés gibt es im Gallusviertel einige und es kommen immer mehr dazu. Die Nähe zu Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt sind sehr komfortabel.
