Hallo zusammen,
ich biete hier ein möbiliertes 15qm großes WG Zimmer an.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster durch dass das Zimmer tagsüber schön hell ist.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem 90x200cm Bett, einem großen Spiegelschrank, einem Regal mit 8 Fächern und einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl ausgestattet.
Die Küche ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man so zum Kochen braucht, auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.
Die nächste S-Bahn Station Frankfurt-Griesheim ist in ca. 8Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bahn fährt im 10 Minuten-Takt und ist in 4 Minuten am Hbf. Falls Du ein Auto besitzt wirst du dich über die guten Parkmöglichen zur jeder Tageszeit freuen.
Im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten finden sich: Bäckerei, Rewe, Apotheke und dievere Restaurants.
Das Highlight ist natürlich die unmittelbare Nähe zum Main (1 Gehminute entfernt) was zum morgendlichen Joggen einläd.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Vipul und Amir. Beide Mitte 20, berufstätig und meistens außer Haus. Es handelt sich deshslb hierbei auch eher um eine Zweck-ZG. Für einen offenen Plausch sind sie aber jederzeit zu haben. Beide sprechen deutsch ;)
