you ( as couple or single person) are renting a 16m2 room in a 103m2 apartment.
Your futur room has a big window looking on green and your room has its own 5m2 bathroom/toilet.
The apartment has an entrance, a big living / dining room, a kitchen, and a terrace (12m2).
The apartment is clean, luminous and in a calm neighborhood.
Your FLATMATES are a couple, who have their own room and bathroom.
There is a separate place in the basement for the washing machine.
There is also a room in the basement that belongs to the appartment ( about 10qm).
No smoking, no pets.

Als Mitbewohner triffst du ein Paar, dass das andere Zimmer mit eigenem Bad bewohnt.
Gemeinsam teilt ihr euch eine helle und saubere Wohnung mit einem großem Wohn- und Esszimmer, Küche, Terrasse. Separate Waschküche und Keller im UG.
Keine Raucher, keine Tiere.
Kaltmiete : 540€ + 170€ Nebenkosten (enthalten ENERGIE und STROM unter anderem)
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und befindet sich im Stadtteil Griesheim, die Umgebung ist hier verglichen mit vielen anderen Gegenden Frankfurts sehr ruhig und hat sehr viel Grün um sich.
Fußläufig ist die Straßenbahn, die in jede Richtung ca im 5-minuten Takt fährt, 5 Minuten entfernt und ist dann auch innerhalb von 15 Minuten auch im Stadtzentrum. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es ähnlich lang. Die Universität ist auf Grund der guten Lage der Wohnung sehr einfach mit der Bahn, dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto zu erreichen.
Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Apotheken, Restaurants sind zahlreich in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
Die Uniklinik Frankfurt ist auch ohne Umstiege gemütlich erreichbar.
Unter der Woche haben wir ein paar nette Gespräche und am Wochenende kochen wir manchmal zusammen und es hat jeder seine eigenen Zeitpläne.
