Hi, ich vermiete mein 21 m² großes Zimmer ab dem 01.12.2017. Da ich nicht alle Möbel in meine neue Wohnung mitnehme, kann das Zimmer je nach Wunsch möbliert oder unmöbliert übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr geräumig, das Bad, die Küche, der Balkon und das Wohnzimmer werden gemeinsam genutzt und sind voll ausgestattet. Außerdem besitzt das Gebäude einen relativ großen Keller sowie einen Garten, wo man bequem sein Fahrrad oder sonstige Sachen abstellen kann.
Die Wohnung liegt in mitten in Griesheim und man ist in 3 Minuten am S-Bahnhof. Penny, Rewe und Lidl sind direkt um die Ecke und der Main ist auch nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist eine Dreier-WG. Isi ist Krankenpflegerin und Carl studiert Politik, beide sind super nett und ganz entspannt drauf.
