Nice big room under the roof. The ceilings are very high in the apartment, with big windows for lots of light.
With the room comes a private bathroom with toilet and bathtub (6.8qm) , and a small hallway (2.9qm), creating your own little section of the apartment.
NOTE: A private parking spot in the underground garage is available for an extra 75€ a month.
You will have your own door directly from your room to the balcony.
The room is partly furnished with the essentials.
With the room, there is also a parking spot in the underground garage, that can also be used for bikes.
Additionally, there is a big cellar room available for storage.
Contact me for questions or if you want to see the room: +49 ----/-------
Griesheim is a bit outside the city center, but with the Straßenbahn (11 and 21) 3 minutes walk away and 10 minute walk to the S-bahn (S1,S2), it is very easy to go to the city center and come back, any day and at any time!
A 5 minute walk away is a small forest with a big lake and close to the Nedda river, great for walks and running.
The Mains river can also be reached with about 15 minutes walking through Griesheim.
I am looking for a person to move in and share the flat with me.
My name is Charlotte, I'm 27 years old, coming from Denmark and I am currently doing my PhD in plant evolutionary ecology at the Goethe Universität. I love plants, special crafted beer, nature and adventures.
I am looking for someone relaxed, and ideally also to hang out with after work once in a while. Currently, I like to have a beer or some wine in the evening after work, go out to cafés and bars, or just hang out on the balcony in the sun. With that in mind, I am looking for not just a roommate, but also a friend! Nationality does not matter, I can speak English and Danish, but I am still practicing my German, so majority of the conversation would still have to be in English.
Of course, there should always be space for privacy, and closed doors should be respected.
