Das Zimmer ist schön und hell, mit direktem Zugang zu dem Balkon auf der Südseite. Bett und ein Schreibtisch müssten für 150 Euro übernommen werden.
Man erreicht von der Wohnung aus in wenigen Minuten den Hauptbahnhof sowie den Main, auch ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Aufgrund der Lage Richtung Innenhof ist es trotzdem ruhig.
In der WG wohnen außer dir noch 2 Studentinnen (20 und 26).
Es soll sich um keine Zweck-WG handeln, sondern gerne auch mal abends zusammen gekocht / etwas getrunken werden.
Auch wichtig wären Sauberkeit sowie Ruhe und Rücksichtsnahme, da die Wohnung etwas hellhörig ist.
Da wir die Küche neu eingebaut haben sowie Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank gekauft haben, wird ein Abschlag von 700 Euro fällig. Dafür beträgt die Kaution nur 340 Euro.
