The room is 22m² and hexagonal in shape with two large windows. There is laminate flooring. The room is furnished with:

The rest of the apartment can be shared: living room, kitchen with storage, a toilet, a shower room. Everything is quite freshly renovated and furnished to a high standard.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Baseler Platz, es sind zu Fuß fünf Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und fünf Minuten zum Mainufer, Frankfurts größten und schönsten Park. Die Tram hält mit 5 Linien in zwei Gehminuten Entfernung und bringt dich schnell überall hin. Das Bahnhofsviertel mit der größten Restaurant- und Bardichte der Stadt ist direkt um die Ecke, ein Rewe weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Parken ist schwierig aber nicht unmöglich.
The apartment is located directly on Baseler Platz, it is a five-minute walk to the main train station and five minutes to the Mainufer, Frankfurt's largest and most beautiful park. The tram stops with 5 lines in two minutes walking distance and brings you quickly everywhere. The Bahnhofsviertel, with the city's largest density of restaurants and bars, is just around the corner, and a Rewe is less than 10 minutes away. Parking is difficult but not impossible.
Ich wohne alleine in der Wohnung, brauche aber momentan das dritte Zimmer nicht, dass ich zuvor viel zu selten als Gäste-, Sport- und Arbeitszimmer genutzt habe. Ich arbeite als Wissenschaftler, bin recht viel unterwegs, mach viel Sport und freue mich über nette Unterhaltungen, wenn es sich mal ergibt. Ich wünsche mir eine saubere, entspannte und offene Person.
I live alone in the apartment, but at the moment I don't need the third room, which I previously used far too rarely as a guest room, sports room and study. I work as a scientist, travel quite a lot, do a lot of sports and am happy to have nice conversations when it arises. I would like a clean, relaxed and open person to move in.
