wir suchen für ein schönes kleines Altbauzimmer im Gutleut eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für 3 Monate ab dem 4. April.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral, ca. 2 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof, hat Holzfußboden und Stuck an der Decke, 2 Bäder, eine ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit französischem Balkon und Klavier.
Gutes Essen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Bahnhofsviertelmäßig sehr schnell erreichbar, sowie Kneipen, Verkehrsmittel und alles andere was man so braucht.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 Quadratmeter groß und hat eine kleine Empore die als Hochbett oder Lagerfläche genutzt werden kann und würde unmöbliert abgegeben werden, bis auf ein paar Regale und Kleiderstangen die praktisch in Nischen verbaut sind.
Alles in allem würde es dich 355 Euro kosten, mit Internet, Wärme etc.

We are looking for subletter for 3 months from April 4th for a nice and quiet room in Gutleut.
The apartment is super central, about 2 minutes from the main station, has wooden floors and stucco on the ceiling, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living room with French balcony and piano.
Good food and shopping are within easy reach, as well as pubs, transport and everything else you need.
The room is about 15 square meters and has a small gallery that can be used as a loft bed or storage area and would be given unfurnished, except for a few shelves and clothes rails that are practically built into niches.
All in all, it would cost you 355 euros, with internet, heat, etc.
