Zimmer mit Balkon in den Hof. Extrem ruhig, da man gar keinen Verkehr hört. Außerdem ist es das hellste zimmer der Wohnung.
Außer einen Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon ist das Zimmer komplett unmöbliert.
Der Hauptmietvertrag ist befristet auf 2 Jahre, also müsstest du dann spätestens auch ausgezogen sein.
Leider haben wir keine Spühlmaschine :(
Wg liegt direkt am Baseler Platz. Wenn man rennt schafft man es zur Tramm Station in 2 min.
Zum Hauptbahnhof sond es so ungefähr 10 min laufen.
Zum Main sind es 2 min laufweg. Basketballplatz und Skateplatz sind ebenfalls zwei minuten entfernt.
Außerdem habwn wir ein Kiosk direkt um die Ecke.
Der Rewe ist innerhalb von 5-10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider gibt es keinen Bus dahin, also ist laufen die einzige Option.
Ich und ein guter Freund von mir wohnen bereits da. Wir sind beide 20 und studieren.
Uns ist nur wichtig, dass du hygienisch und cool bist. Am liebsten jemand, der sein Mehl und seine Nudeln so cool in Gläsern verstaut.
