Hallo. Ich vermiete mein schönes 2er Student WG Zimmer ab 01.07.2023 ~ 29.07.23.
In diesem WG, gibt es natürlich dein eigene Zimmer und dazu gibt's noch eigene Toilette. Küchen teilt man mit einem Mitbewohner mit. Der Mitbewohner ist ein unbedingter nette Mann, der sehr sauber ist und dich respektiert.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, zweimal Kasten mobiliert wie in Bilden gezeigt.
Das Studentenwohnheim findet sich in der Nähe von der U-bahn Station 'Industriehof' statt. Es gibt hier einfach nicht nur so schöne sondern auch ruhige Umgebung mit diesen großen Parken und Lebensmittelgeshäfte Aldi und REWE.
NUR STUDENT kann hier angenommen werden deswegen muss man mir schreiben nur wenn man ein Student/in ist !!!

Hello. I am subletting my room from 01.07.2023 ~ 29.07.2023.
In this WG, there is of course your own room and your own toilet. you will share the kitchen with a roommate. My roommate is such a nice guy that is very clean and respects you.
The room is furnished with a bed and some wardrobes for clothings as shown in the pictures.
The student dormitory is near the U-Bahn station 'Industriehof'. It is not only beautiful but also quiet environment here with these big parks and Groceries markets Aldi and REWE.
Only students can be accepted.Therefore if you are not a student, i am afraid this room cant be your option :(
